Preparing for the wedding day:

  • Full site walkthrough of the venue 1 month prior to the wedding day.

  • Timeline creation with the nearlyweds to construct event flow which includes scheduling the order of events for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception.

  • Review of all contracts (vendor agreements, rental contracts, etc…) to ensure that everything has been attended to.

  • Confirm all contracts and times with vendors, rental agencies, etc…

  • Advice and guidance via email throughout the planning process.

  • Final confirmation of timeline during the rehearsal

 

Rehearsal

  • Review wedding day timeline with Bridal party and family members (as applicable).

  • Rehearsal of the processional, ceremony, and recessional with bridal party and family.

  • Usher instructions on seating plans

  • Review of checklist with Bride and Groom

 

Wedding day

  • Full wedding day coordination

  • Supervision of vendor arrival and setup

  • Assistance for nearlyweds, family, and wedding party as needed with preparation, photo schedules, etc… to make sure that everyone knows what is happening at all times and be able to act accordingly.

  • Ensuring proper placement of place cards, escort cards, guest book, favors, programs, ceremony items, etc…

  • Coordination with officiant, musicians, speakers and soloists before ceremony begins

  • Distribution of all personal flowers including bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower girl basket, etc…

  • Vendor cues throughout the course of the event including assisting DJ or MC with scheduled event, music cues throughout course of event, supervision of meal service timings and specific activities.

  • Liaison for all questions and concerns

  • Gathering of all family and bridal party for photos

  • Collection and packaging of any gifts and personal items such as toasting glasses, cake top, cake knife and server, flowers, etc…

  • Distribution of final payments and/or gratuities to specific vendors.

  • Coordination with transportation, making sure they are on time and in the correct location.

  • Wedding day emergency kits to provide quick fixes and unforeseen occurrences such as a missing button, lost earring back, lint problem, nail comes off, etc…

  • Providing a calm, supportive and sympathetic voice to reassure you throughout the day.
